Barbara Simon

Recently Barbara Simon met Lou Caracci and they started a phenomenal friendship which includes working together on a project titled The Best Life Barb Show.

Barbara, who originally hails from a small town 30 miles Southeast of Pittsburgh, moved to Central Florida in 1997.

After receiving her real estate license, Barbara quickly became a premier timeshare sales representatives in Orlando working for such prestigious companies as Starwood and Hilton Grand Vacation Club. Although she was very successful, Barbara felt the timeshare industry was losing its appeal.

Being lucky enough to have been chosen as a regular guest on the Best Life Weight Loss Challenge on the Oprah Show in 2007, Barbara worked hard to reach many personal goals. One particular triumph was to quit a 30 year smoking habit. Another goal was to lose weight and become healthy. She passed all with flying colors.

Through her mentor and personal trainer, Bob Greene, Barbara found her passion while being a guest on his XM radio show. As soon as she put the headphones on in his studio, she knew that was what she was put on this earth to do. Radio.

With inspiration fueling her every step, Barbara has decided to go for it and provide a service for the residents of Central Florida so that they can find the best of the best by means of her very own radio show.

Barbara, an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan, resides in Orlando with her two dogs. She has 4 grown children;sons Brian, Brodie, Randy Luke, her daughter Rachael, and a step-daughter Loni.

Lou Caracci

Growing up in Western Pennsylvania was just the beginning of what was to come for Lou Caracci. After graduating from Kent State University and enjoying success in both football and baseball, Lou took his Business Management Degree and headed for Washington, DC.

Enjoying the Corporate life in Distribution and Logistics, he quickly moved up the ladder of success becoming Operations Vice President. Lou was in the prime of his career.

Twenty Three years of experience was not enough to keep the fire lit. Reorganization led
Lou in to taking his first step in becoming his own boss. Lou started a successful Wellness Business.

With the world at his door step, Sweet Lou, moved to Florida to play baseball all year long. Sweet Lou is excited to take on the next chapter in his life, which may prove to be his biggest challenge yet.

Lou Caracci met Barbara Simon and instantly felt a deep connection. They kid about "knowing each other in a former life." Lou seems to have a calming effect on Barbara's eccentric side and Barbara seems to bring out the excitement in Lou's steady and serene personality.

Through his concern for the best of best, whether it be his wellness business or his newfound radio career, Sweet Lou is convinced that his new partner in crime and he are a force to be reckoned with.
